Ocean Quest's Matt Billard Cleans Up with Ocean Net

On May 9, 2009, Ocean Quest's 2008 diver of the year and part time employee, Matt Billard, lead a beach and underwater clean up in Cupids, as the community ramps up towards it's Cupids 400 celebrations in 2010. The event was part of Matt's efforts to achieve the Duke of Edinburgh award, but italso represents his dedication to protecting healthy coastal and marine environments.
